Development Application – Material Change of Use – Multiple Housing Type 3 Retirement and
Special Needs over land described as Lot 2 on RP148228 and situated at 186 Cooroy Noosa
Road, Tewantin

Please find enclosed a development application which has been prepared in accordance with the
Planning Act 2016 and lodged with your Council as the Assessment Manager of this application.

The enclosed development application includes:
           1.       Martoo Consulting Planning Report;
           2.       Proposal Plans and associated specialist reports;
           3.       Completed DA Form 1;
           4.       Owners consent: and
           5.       Letters advising of Charity Tax Concession.
As detailed above Noosa Care Incorporated is a registered charitable/ not for profit organisation and a
50% reduction in Councils fees is requested. In this regard could you please provide us with a link for
payment of Council fees?
