RECOMMENDATION
That Council note the overview report by the Community Development Manager and
Environmental Services Manager to the Services & Organisation Committee Meeting dated 11
June 2019 regarding recommended Round 1 2019-20 Community Project and Environment
Grants, Three Year Community and Environment Alliance Agreements, Three Year Signature
Event and Three Year Festive Season Events.


REPORT
The purpose of this report is to provide background information and an overview of the Round 1
2019-20 Community Project Grants and Environment Grants, Three Year Community Alliance
Agreements, Three Year Environment Alliance Agreements, Three Year Signature Event Grants
and Three Year Festive Season Event Grants. These grant recommendations are being
presented to Council in separate reports, for its consideration and endorsement at the June 2019
round of meetings.

Nine reports are being presented to Council for this round of Community and Environment Grants
funding. They include:
