RE:    REQUEST TO EXTEND DECISION MAKING PERIOD (S22.1 OF DA RULES)


Development Permit for Reconfiguring a Lot – Boundary Realignment (RAL23/0007) at 63,65 &67
Hofmann Drive, Noosaville, also described as Lots 4-6 on SP322201.


We write regarding the above-described development application and request to extend the
decision-making period in accordance with section 22.1 of the Development Assessment Rules
(DA Rules) until 22nd April 2024.


We seek that Council review the above and confirm via formal correspondence if they are
accepting of the request.
