5 Conclusion
Air dispersion modelling has been completed for a proposed service station located at 123 Eumundi-
Noosa Road, Noosaville to determine the potential impacts on nearby existing sensitive receivers.
The modelling is based on worst-case fuel throughputs and published emission factor data.
Conservative inputs such as continuous emission rates based on peak fuel throughputs and worst-
case meteorology have been included in the modelling. The results of the dispersion modelling
indicate compliance for all modelled compounds, based on the proposed vent location presented in
Figure 3.1 and the use of Phase 1 and Phase 2 vapour recovery at the site.
Overall, based on the predictive compliance, the site represents a suitable location for the proposed
service station from an air quality perspective.
