DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR MATERIAL CHANGE OF USE OF PREMISES (RETAIL BUSINESS TYPE 2

Pursuant to the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, we confirm that the following Public Notification
actions under Section 297 have been undertaken:

(a) Published a notice in the Sunshine Coast Daily on Friday, 21 October 2016; and,

(b) Placed two notices on the land in the way prescribed under the regulation on Friday, 21 October
    2016; and,

(c) Notified the owners of all land adjoining the site on Thursday, 20 October 2016.
