I (We), make the following submission: We, as local residents are concerned that the extended, licensed, trading hours proposed will have a negative impact upon the local area for the following reasons:
Currently a residential area where local businesses close at approximately 9:00pm
Unruly behaviour from individuals with access to alcohol late in the evenings.
Noise from people leaving the establishment and loitering in the immediate area late at night.
Excessive noise when closing the business late at night (e.g rubbish removal and collection)
Increased load on the local parking – there does not appear to be 8 onsite car spaces available
