described as Lot 1 on RP229384, situated at 27 Smiths Road, Tinbeerwah QLD 4563.

In support of this application, please find attached:

    ➢   Completed DA Form 1 and Signed Landowner’s Consent Form; and
    ➢   A digital copy of Planning Report – 101524 prepared by Murray & Associates (QLD) Pty Ltd,
        inclusive of Appendices A-J.

Please note that Council’s Assessment Fees, being $4,654.00 for the Reconfiguring a Lot component
and $2,885.00 for the Operational Work component will be paid directly to Council upon receipt of
an invoice.
