State and Local Government Ecological Assessment Noosa Civic Expansion The covenant area will be retained and will be subject to ongoing management in accordance with the proposed “Covenant interface management plan”. Only minor clearing is associated with a proposed crossing of the covenant by the pedestrian link and to enable construction of the southern access road. There are no impacts in areas outside of the covenant but within OS7 that are notable i.e. the vegetation/habitat is indistinguishable from surrounding areas.
