 I make the following submission:


 I object to further expansion of Noosa Civic on the following grounds:


I Economic       - already so many struggling businesses and vacant retail premises in Noosa, particularly in Noosa Junction
which was adversely affected by the Noosa Civic development.                        Just as things are starting to settle and the Junction
 fights to rgain lost ground this proposal will once again cause hardship and job losses to be balanced against any jobs
 gained from expansion.           Put simply, it's not needed when there are no new major residential developments                        to support it.
I The original developers promised a 'knowledge liT hub' - a scam to get a suburban style mall up. Not again I
 Environmental         - clearly we fought hard and long to break from a shire that did this kind of thing. We are green and
wish to remain so. The loss of this bushland would be criminal and pointless, causing yet more damage to 0
I environment.
