                       Development and endorsement of Noosa Cultural Plan 2024-2029

                       Deliver a range of arts and cultural programs which meet the aims and
                       objectives of the Cultural Plan. OP 2.3.1

                       Review of Council's approach to arts and culture in open public spaces.
                       OP2.3.2

                       Deliver services and activities across Council facilities which meet
                       contemporary interests and needs of residents including increasing use by
                       existing and non or low-user groups. OP2.5.1

                       Support community led programs, events and activities through advice,
                       funding and partnering. OP 2.6.4

                       Support the professional development of local arts workers to increase their
                       ability to participate in the creative economy. OP 3.6.2

                       Continuous Improvement

                       Review current evaluation framework for cultural development activities with
                       a view to developing a single integrated framework

                       Review delivery of RADF Program as part of Council’s Grants review
