2026 Budget Service Level Catalogues
Activities include sourcing a variety of entertainment and cultural events as well as management of venue
hire/bookings by external parties and community groups, internal Council & other Government events and Civic
Ceremonies, events ticketing, event set-up and set-down, and general operations such as administration, sub-
lease management (Currently Noosa Community Radio), together with routine building and equipment
maintenance and repairs.

Deliver a range of arts and cultural programs which meet the aims and
objectives of the Cultural Plan. OP2.3.1
Deliver services and activities across Council facilities which meet the
contemporary interests and needs of residents including increasing use by
existing and non or low-user groups. OP 2.5.1
Continuous Improvement
Review internal council booking payments and processes for The J to ensure
all Council departments have a clear understanding of the process.
Undertake Surveys to obtain feedback from users of The J’s meeting
spaces, including performers and patrons to ensure ongoing service
improvement.
