Development Application – Material Change of Use for Emergency Service - Type 2 Shed
(Lifeguard Storage) over Land described as part of Lot 115 on MCH 839107 and situated at
Noosa Spit Recreational Reserve (Claude Batton Drive) Noosa Heads.

Please find enclosed a development application for the above proposal which has been prepared in
accordance with the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 and lodged with your Council as the Assessment
Manager of this application.

The enclosed development application is lodged electronically and includes:

     •    Proposal Report including Proposal Plans and Locality Plan; and
