      That Council
         A. Note the report by the Director, Infrastructure Services to the Services and
             Organisation Committee dated 9 December 2025
         B. Support the Department of Transport and Main Roads proposal to dedicate Lots
             5RP219193, 4RP219193, 412RP800226 as road reserve: and
         C. Authorise the Chief Executive Officer to execute any title transfer documentation if
             required on behalf of Council.
