Dear Mark
Re: Minor Change to Operational Works Approval - OPW 20/0145 for Reconfiguration of Lot for “Noosa
Business Centre” (NBC) at 28 Eenie Creek Road, Noosaville (Lot 3 on SP246584)
We have revised our documentation to facilitate a change to our Operational Works Approval, OPW20/0145. This
change includes the provision of stormwater drainage and landscape planting to Lots 17-19. To assist you in your
assessment, we have provided a summary of the proposed changes with the corresponding plans below:
1. Stormwater Drainage (1856-SW07-F, SW08-E):
• 375mm stormwater line servicing lots 17,18 and 19.
• This allows for 6m wide landscape buffer to be planted over the stormwater line, maintaining sufficient
visual amenity, and negating the need for fill.
2. Landscape Planting (ED-OPW04-H, OPW05-H, OPW06-H)
• 6m wide landscape planting extending across the full frontage of Lots 17,18 and 19.
We trust this documentation satisfies the requirements to include Lots 17-19 as part of Operational Works Approval
OPW20/0145, as prescribed by Council’s Decision Notice dated 21 December 2020. Please do not hesitate to
contact me if you have any queries regarding the attached documentation or any aspects of this application
whatsoever.
Yours Faithfully,
Harry Hurst
