Issue
The engineering design plans do not appear to be site specific and have insufficient information to fully assess the application.
Information Required
Provide amended engineering plans that are site specific and include:
the existing concrete revetment wall on the section/elevation plan (location and height)
remove the stone pitching and include a surveyed profile of the canal bed
provide additional detail on the proposed “Eco5000 Ultralife decking” and any other materials that are not timber
a statement that the proposed works are in accordance with the relevant sections of the Coastal Protection and Management Regulation 2017 – Code for assessable development that is prescribed tidal works
due date for response to information request
The due date for providing the requested information is 28 October 2021. Email your response to [email protected]. Please advise Council of your response to this information request in accordance with section 13 of the Development Assessment Rules.
If you do not provide a response before the due date, it will be taken as if you have decided not to respond to the information request and Council will continue with the assessment of your application.
