as Lot 4 on SP178340.

We refer to the above referenced Development Application which has been
referred to Energex Limited pursuant to section 54 of the Planning Act 2016.

In accordance with Schedule 10, Part 9, Division 2 of the Planning
Regulation 2017, the application has been assessed against the purposes of
the Electricity Act 1994 and Electrical Safety Act 2002. The below response
is provided in accordance with section 56 of the Planning Act 2016.

Should the Assessment Manager decide to approve the proposed Material
Change of Use, Energex advises the following in relation to the proposed
development:

1. The development is to be carried out in accordance with the plans
identified below. Any changes to these plans should be resubmitted
to Energex for further review and comment.
