We refer to the above lapsed approvals for landscaping and road works at the above
addresses and enclose the following documents in support of a single Development
Application for Operational Works.

The Operational Works Application comprises:
   - DA Form 1
   - Turning lane and bus set down drawings by Tod Consulting ref 06679 – P10 & P11
   - Reserve rehabilitation Drawings by Middap Architecture – ref CP2.02 D1 & D2
   - Sediment basin drawings by Tod Consulting – ref 17548 – C001 & C002

Please note that the drawings provided are the same as the previously approved
drawings.

Can you please confirm the fees for the above application, so we can arrange payment?

It is planned to undertake the necessary works soon as possible after the approval is
received
