Dear Patrick

On behalf of the applicants, Riverport Properties Pty Ltd, and in accordance with
s.22.1 of the Development Assessment Rules, the applicant seeks Council’s agreement
to extend the decision period for MCU21/0083 until 16 th June 2022 to allow time for the
applicant to consult with Council officers and work through the issues with a view to
finding a mutual position on the proposal for consideration by Councilors at the June
2022 Council meetings.
