COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL


That Council
A. Note the report by the Chief Executive Officer to the General Committee Meeting dated 6 October
   2026;
B. Approve the Council Meeting schedule for January-December 2027 as set out in Attachment 1
   to the report with a change to the General Committee meeting in October from Tuesday 5
   October to Wednesday 6 October; and
C. Note that times and venues of Ordinary Meetings adopted in Attachment 1 may be changed via
   Council Resolution in order to facilitate Council Meetings in the community where appropriate.
