                   47.     The clubhouse is limited to a size of 280m². Any future application for the granting of a
                           Liquor Licence should be limited in the hours of the licence to not later than 10pm
                           Monday to Sunday, to minimise the potential impacts on surrounding residences. The
                           clubhouse is not permitted to operate after 10pm daily and is not to be utilised as a
                           Function Room.

           B.      Issue a Compiled Decision Notice.
