               7.     ADVISORY NOTES

               The following notes are included for guidance and information purposes only and do not form part
               of the assessment manager conditions:
               1.     All clearing of vegetation is to be undertaken in accordance with the recommendations of the
                      Environmental Assessment Report Flora and Fauna study for the proposed expansion of the
                      Noosaville Waste Landfill which include the following protective measures for Fauna

                        Establish a protective buffer of at least 30m around Wallum froglet

                        Maintain water quality and hydrological patterns Wallum froglet
