      Officer be discussed in open session.

      That the confidentiality of Item 8.1 – Closed Session Item: 
      Appointment of Chief Executive Officer be removed and the report be made available for
      public release.

8.1   APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
      Council Resolution

      Moved:           Cr Bolton
      Seconded:        Cr Abbot

      That Council note the late report by the Recruitment Consultant to the Ordinary Meeting
      dated 13 January 2014 and appoint Mr Brett de Chastel to the position of Chief Executive
      Officer of the Noosa Council.
