2.   SITE DETAILS
2.1. Background
The site was formerly included within the Shire of Maroochy and in April 1972 approval was issued
over lots 624, 625, 902 and 896 for a nursery. Subsequently detached houses were built on lots 624
and 902. It is unknown if the nursery use operated from these lots prior to the dwelling houses being
built. A copy of the original development approval is not available.
Council records also indicate that an approval was issued for a kiosk in 1969.
