I note that the ‘stop’ to the current period ends today and that the new decision due date is tomorrow.

 

To allow the ongoing preparation of the IA and further assessment of the application I have attached a request to extend the decision making period until 23 April 2021.

 

As there is less than 2 clear days between today and the due date there is no capacity to stop the clock, as per the below from page 32 of the DA Rules guidance material:
