We have been engaged to carry out a Geotechnical Stability Review for the above
project. The purpose of the review is to

      •      Identify existing soil types and profiles,
      •      Determine existing soil parameters for the proposed development,
      •      Evaluate site conditions and any affect these site conditions have on the
             proposed development, and
      •      Comment on the Geotechnical Slope Stability of the allotment, existing and post
             construction.

Standards and references used in carrying out the Geotechnical Stability Review include
but are not limited to the following:-

      •      AS 1289 - Methods of testing Soils for Engineering Purposes
      •      AS 1726 - Geotechnical Site Investigations
      •      AS 2870 - Residential Slabs and Footings – Construction
      •      AS 3798 - Guidelines on Earthworks for Commercial and Residential
             developments
      •      Australian Geomechanic Society Practice Note Guidelines for Landslide Risk
             Management 2007
      •      Lindsay Consulting Pty Ltd Design Drawings 22-0061-F1 to F26 inclusive
      •      Lindsay Consulting Pty Ltd site classification report 220061
      •      Paul Clout Design architectural drawings 00.0 to 09.0 inclusive


QUALIFICATIONS OF COMPANY AND COMPETENT PERSONS

Staff utilized in the preparation of the work includes Mr. Jason Lindsay (RPEQ 4928) a
Civil Engineer whom has worked as a Civil, Structural, and Geotechnical engineer since
1990 performing geotechnical evaluation during his employment with John Wilson and
Partners Tewantin Office which was attached to the John Wilson and Partners Soils and
Materials Laboratory. In his over 30 year experience Mr. Lindsay has carried out over
ten thousand site and soil evaluations including site classifications in accordance with
AS2870 and geotechnical evaluations for stability on many of these sites.


Field work is carried out by Mr Nathan McFadden in accordance with the above
Australian Standards. Mr Fadden has worked in the engineering field as a soil and site
