development within the subject land, and should

plotted from deed dimensions of plan $P264847 and
minimal cadastral survey connections. They are
subject to cadastral survey.

shown has been derived from detail survey.

e Above ground services have been plotted from
visible surface markers observed by the surveyor at
the time of survey and using records obtained from

any demolition, excavation, or construction within
the site, the relevant authorities should be
