In relation to the abovementioned development application MCU22/0174 and Council’s Further Advice
Request dated 16 January 2023, on behalf of Edward Street Development Pty Ltd we hereby notify Council
that the applicant is suspending the Information Request period in accordance with s.32 of the
Development Assessment Rules 2017.

Council is advised that the applicant wishes to stop the current period for 20 business days.
