Hi Planning team,
When considering the third service station, can you also look at the ability to cross the road?

As a mountain bike rider and having watched the school children run across the very busy roundabout at Rene Street, Eummundi Noosa Rd, adding the Service Station will only make more cars and congestion.
Eenie Street to access Noosa Civic via foot with her two young children.

This is just one example and I am sure there are many more. Therefore please consider some type of under crossing around the Rene Street under the Eumundi Noosa Road.
