Dear Sir/Madam

It has come to my attention  that 51 Tingira Cres Sunrise Beach  has put in an application for short term accommodation.  51 is a large home on a corner block which could cater for a large number of guests.  Many people would be impacted by noise emanating from that building.

I therefore strongly oppose the granting of an application for short term accommodation.
