MCU21_0110 Proposed hotel - Noosa Springs - Bushfire_evacuation concerns
Attached to the e-mail Further concerns regarding prosed development - Phil Dauphin 28.02.2023.
Dear Resident,
The Golf course and Front entry gates controls have been upgraded in the last
few weeks. As part of this process, a vehicle number plate recognition system
has been installed at the Gatehouse.
The new system will also help the security team monitor vehicles more
effectively, plus assist in traffic flows and parking.
Out of interest in the last 12 months non Resident traffic entering the Estate
was over 35,000 guests and 46,000 Trades and construction vehicles.
This allows the Security personnel to clearly recognise all vehicles. For
Residents who register their number plate, the gates will open automatically,
so you won’t need to use your clicker. The clicker/swipe card will still operate.
Each non registered vehicle number plate will be automatically recorded and
tracked.
Two vehicles per Villa only will be entered into the system
Your number plate will need to be registered with the Security staff before you
can use the system. Please drop the form below into the gatehouse.

Resident to gain easy entry into Noosa Springs.
We would also like to remind owners that The Noosa Springs Development
Control By-laws require that the minimum number of Covered Parking
Spaces for motor vehicles is two per Villa Garage - Body Corporate By-Law
5.1(d) - and it also states that a garage on a lot may only be used to garage
motor vehicles, not for general storage purposes, and not converted to any
other use.
