I (We), make the following submission:

As a resident and ratepayer of Noosa I support the application for the resort at Settlers Cove. I work within the hospitality and
tourism industry and can see the economic benefits a resort of this standard will bring to Noosa and opportunities it presents.

I like the design and how it has changed from the original lodged and the great setbacks that it now has to Serenity Close, this will
see a lot more of trees and vegetation kept providing a good buffer.

For many local business and residents there will be employment and new business that doesn't exist in Noosa at present. The flow on
to Noosa Junction hospitality precinct will bring economic opportunities for these businesses.
