Further to your information request for the abovementioned development application we
now respond to all of the information requested.

   1. Provide amended plans that are consistent with AO9.1 of the Waterways Work
      Code of The Noosa Plan 2020 or alternatively provide justification that the
      proposed setback achieves compliance with PO9 of the Waterways Works Code
      of The Noosa Plan 2020

The proposed 1.5m location will have no adverse impact on any Neighbouring Houses
given the location backs onto a reserve. Additionally, the proposed 1.5m location will
also provide a level of physical security / barrier which would be advantageous given in
the past there has been private property stolen which was accessed via the
neighbouring reserve.

We trust that his information provides evidence that the proposed pontoon is keeping
with the amenity of the canal maritime structures and ensures vegetation is not
adversely affected.
