5.3.3 Threatened Fauna
Some loss of habitat for the Grey-headed flying fox and several other threatened and
migratory species potentially occurring on the site will occur. In order to minimise direct
impacts on these species as a result of the development, clearing should be undertaken
in accordance with measures outlined in an approved Fauna Management Plan.

Rehabilitation works should comprise locally endemic flora              species,   including
flowering/fruiting species suitable as Grey-headed flying fox forage.


5.3.4 Waterways and Wetlands
The watercourse occurring on site will incur some loss of riparian vegetation.
Rehabilitation and Stormwater Management Plans will be prepared prior to
commencement of works. Rehabilitation and landscaping works should incorporate plant
species typical of RE 12.2.1/12.2.5 where appropriate.


5.3.5 Corridor Values
Some vegetation contributing to fauna movement corridors will be removed from the
site. Rehabilitation works will be undertaken in accordance with an approved Site
Rehabilitation Plan, in order to enhance and maintain habitat links to be retained within
the site.
