Ecological Assessment – Attunga Heights Semi-attached Housing (FIGURE 3). The Biodiversity Overlay map indicates that the majority of the site is mapped as Environmental Protection Area. 1.4 The Proposed Development The proposed development is for a residential development of four (4) lots covering a total of 11,528 m2 (FIGURE 4).
