7.2 All Retaining Walls to be a minimum of 1500mm from slab edge (in both top of fill & bottom of cut situations) unless
otherwise noted on the drawings.
7.3 The Building platform is to be self draining.
7.4 Site Notes: . Due to recent heavy rains and the slope of the block it is recommended that a slope stability assessment be
carried out. Borehole measurements taken from the pegged out house boundary.
