RE: Lodgement of Development Application for Operational Works Associated with a Development
Permit for Material Change of Use – Dual Occupancy at 15 Olivine St Cooroy described as Lot
119 on C5604
On behalf of the applicant, DM Newbold, Brennan Planning hereby lodges an application for a Development
Permit for Operational Works (Roadwork, Stormwater, Vehicle Crossover and Landscaping) under the
Planning Act 2016.

Assessment Benchmarks
Pursuant to Table 5.8.2 of the Noosa Plan 2020, the application is assessable against the following applicable
works codes:
+ Driveways and Parking Code;
+ Earthworks Code;
+ Landscaping Code;
+ Water Quality & Drainage Code;
An assessment against the abovementioned applicable codes has revealed that the development is
compliant with, or can be conditioned to comply with, each. Please refer to the Engineering Plans at
Appendix A , which illustrate compliance with the applicable provisions.
Proceeding
Payment of the application fee will be made upon Council issuing the relevant Tax Invoice in due course.
