requested that the proposal demonstrate that it is not easily visible from the Bruce Highway. Below depict the
existing sightlines from the Bruce Highway and the neighbouring lot, which demonstrate that:
     •    The sight is not able to be viewed from the Bruce Highway as all visible vegetation seen in Figure 9
          below is proposed to be retained; and
     •    The setbacks from the neighbouring lot are appropriate and do not impact on the rural amenity of
          the property.
