As Body Corporate Chairperson of Noosa Central CTS 3483, | Robert
Cartwright, hereby authorise Grant Calder of Flexure Pty Ltd, to liaise with
Noosa Council on behalf of the Owners in Noosa Central Body Corporate.

The Body Corporate is planning an upgrade to our building, and we therefore
require minor changes to existing plans, and have engaged Grant Calder to
prepare and submit details to Council on our behalf.
