    ●   Ecological Assessment Report and Bushfire Hazard Assessment and Management Plan prepared
        by Greentape Solutions;
    ●   Slope Stability Assessment prepared by Tectonic.

Payment of the relevant fee will be made once a reference number and invoice has been received. We
thank Council for assessing the above application. Based on the information provided in this application
we respectfully request that Council proceed to issue a development permit.
