I refer to Council’s Information Request, dated 31 August 2023 in relation to the abovementioned development,
and note the existing extension approval is due to end 21 May 2024.

On behalf of the applicant, North Coast Chiropractic Services Pty Ltd TTE, and in accordance with section 13.1
& 33 of the DA Rules, we hereby request an extension to the Information Request applicant’s response period
by three (3) months until 21 August 2024 to enable more time to address the items raised as part of the
Information Request.
