Hi Russell

SARA has issued the confirmation notice for 6-10 Diamond Street, Cooroy for the MCU. However, we note DA form 1 states an RaL is also being applied for, but you spoke with Brooke in my office to confirm only an MCU is being applied for at this time. We recommended a new DA Form 1 is provided to council and SARA to remove the RaL component. This will help avoid confusion in future, particularly during public notification.
