The DA form 1 does not reflect referral required to SARA.
The following action must be taken for the application to be properly made and assessment to commence:
Provide an amended DA Form 1 to correctly reflect referral required to SARA, and
Give notice to the assessment manager that all actions in this action notice have been complied with.
Pursuant to the Planning Act 2016, the applicant is to take the action identified above within 20 business days starting the day after receiving this notice, or a further period agreed with, otherwise the application is taken to have not been made in accordance with section 3.7 of the Development Assessment Rules.
