Table 1: Potential Bushfire Intensity classes 3.4 Bushfire Hazard Sub-Units A sub-unit level Local Hazard Area Map has been prepared; Plan No. BF02 – Sub-Units and identifies the site scale Potential Bushfire Intensity classes across the site. The sub-unit level Local Hazard Area Map identifies that a High Potential Bushfire Intensity Areas associated with the VHC 22.1 are located within the site and offsite to the north, northeast, northwest, south, southeast, and southwest. 3.5 Overall Local Hazard Map An overall Local Hazard Map has been prepared; Plan No. BF03 – Local Hazard Map and identifies the Potential Bushfire Intensity classes across the site as well as associated 100m wide Potential Impact Buffer areas. A High Potential Bushfire Intensity area has been identified extending across a portion of the site, consistent with the extent of revegetation works. The balance areas of the site to be developed are captured in a Potential Impact Buffer. A High Potential Bushfire Intensity area has also been identified offsite to the north, northeast, northwest, south, southeast, and southwest. The Local Hazard Map presented in Plan No. BF03 is to supersede the SPP broadscale mapping attributed to the site and should be used to guide the formulation of appropriate site-based bushfire management measures for the proposal. © 2022 12
