Please find attached documents for an operatonal works application for a new residential vehicle crossover. The
application is triggered due to the proposed widths of the driveway crossover.

The widths are not as per RS-049, in particular the owner is looking to have a 'straight' driveway in lieu of the tapered W1, W2 &
W3 designs.

The driveway width is not unreasonable in comparison to the widths of the lot and width of the garage. The lot is 23m wide so it
will not unduly impact the streetscape, nor the adjoining properties.
