                 2.     INFORMATION REQUIRED

                 The information requested is set out below:
                 Item – Building Presentation
                 Limited detail of the development’s presentation to the Eumundi Noosa Road has been
                 provided. No elevations have been provided in support of the application, only renders of
                 Building 1.
                 The planning report suggests that the buildings will remain unchanged to the existing approved
                 built form. Based off the material provided this is not correct.
                 The Noosa Plan includes specific provisions within the Noosaville Local Plan relevant to this
                 site as it abuts a major road network, and the Medium Impact Industry Zone Code includes
                 provisions specific to the buildings design and streetscape presentation.
                 The proposed building is to include further articulation as it is highly visible site on a key
                 gateway into Noosa, such as changed to roof form, recessed elements, use of colours and
                 materials to break up the building facade. In particular refer to AO8 of the Noosaville Local
                 Plan Code and AO11 of the Medium Impact Industry Zone Code for guidance.
