     That Council note the report by the Project Officer to the Services & Organisation Committee
     Meeting dated 11 June 2019 and award tender 1718T129 for the construction of the Noosa
     North Shore Beachfront Campground Refurbishment - Stage 1 works to Midson Construction
     (Qld) Pty Ltd for the lump sum price of $2,275,678 excluding GST.

2    1819T074 PEREGIAN BEACH AMENITIES CONSTRUCTION - TENDER AWARD

     That Council note the report by the Project Officer to the Services & Organisation Committee
     Meeting dated 11 June 2019 and award tender 1819T074 for the construction of the Peregian
     Beach Amenities Block to Ri-con Contractors Pty Ltd for the lump sum price of $497,635.78
     excluding GST.

3    2019-20 COMMUNITY AND ENVIRONMENT GRANTS PROGRAM FUNDING - OVERVIEW

     That Council note the overview report by the Community Development Manager and
     Environmental Services Manager to the Services & Organisation Committee Meeting dated 11
     June 2019 regarding recommended Round 1 2019-20 Community Project and Environment
     Grants, Three Year Community and Environment Alliance Agreements, Three Year Signature
     Event and Three Year Festive Season Events.
