14.11 (a) (b) Page 23 Amendment of document Despite any provision of this document, the Council and the Applicant may at any time agree to vary the terms of this document. No modification, variation or amendment of this agreement is of any force or effect unless: () it is in the form of an amendment agreement and has been signed by the parties; and (I) where relevant the amendment agreement complies with the requirements _ of the Act.
