and | respectfully supply the following information:

Issue: Area of Biodiversity Significance

Please find attached an Ecological Impact Report prepared by North Coast Environmental Report
within Appendix A, prepared in response to Council's Information Request.

The Report concludes that the area subject to the Boundary Realignment contains two distinct
vegetation communities, which are neither representative of Ecologically Important Areas.

The proposal re-locates the common boundary from the edge of a pine plantation to the centre of

the pine plantation. The Report concludes the proposal will create a less impact upon the scattered
native vegetation and that no further assessment is necessary.

Please note that this submission completes our response to your Information Request.
