Hi Antoinette,
The client has advised that they do not want the planning report to be publicly available until such time as we have the additional information. Is it possible to withdraw the application and retain payment credit for lodgement that is likely for September?
Any way possible to ensure the application is not made publicly available at this point would be greatly appreciated. I apologise for the error in issuing the application to early.

Please find attached receipt for payment of application. I have had a discussion with the planner and we are unable to put this application “on hold” as time frames begin on the day we receive the application. However, you are able to “stop the current period” (as per the DA Rules). It will still be published though.
Please advise of your intentions.
