          will report at the Statistical Area 2 (SA2) level. The SA2 localities are as follows:

           Noosaville
           Tewantin
           Peregian
           Sunshine Beach
           Noosa Heads.

1.2       Purpose of Report
          The purpose of this report is to provide an economic profile and inform the development of
          a local economic plan for the Shire. This report provides a comprehensive update of
          economics statistics and comparative data which will form the basis for the local economic
          plan. This report is a comprehensive and accessible profile document which can be used
          by both the broader community and Council.
